The Filter is the public voice of MicksGarage.ie, Ireland’s largest online retailer of car parts and accessories. We’ve been in business since 2004, improving life’s journey for motorists throughout the length and breadth of Ireland. We operate with the underlying belief that purchasing car parts and accessories shouldn’t involve taking out a second mortgage on your home or spending years searching for them.   

We don’t like to talk about ourselves much but leading figures in the world of business and politics have often commented (not on public record) that if MicksGarage were a Formula 1 driver, we’d be as fast and as reliable as Schumacher (Michael, not Ralf). Other famous people (again unnamed) have told us that if we were a celebrity, we’d be as brassy and as cheap as Jordan. And finally a high profile Top Gear presenter (who is not prone to exaggeration) was once quoted as saying that “MicksGarage.ie is possibly the greatest single innovation to occur in the Irish car parts sector since the invention of the wheel in 3500 BC.”
