How do I order parts from Micksgarage?
For your convenience MicksGarage allows for two methods of ordering. Our preferred method is through the
secure online shopping cart, which guarantees a much faster service. However should you wish to order and
pay by cheque you can send the cheque to us along with the order to the
contact details here.
TIP: You can add your items to the basket and print out the page, this might save you some time.

How do I pay for the parts?
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) and Debit Cards (Switch, Solo and Laser) as methods of Payment.
Payment can be made at the time of ordering through this website.
Cheque payment is also accepted, however the order will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared
through our bank. Please send all cheques and associated order details to the address on the
Contact MicksGarage page.

Is MicksGarage VAT registered?
Micksgarage is vat registered in Ireland, All product prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable
country rate. The VAT rate in Ireland is 21%, in the UK it is 17.5%. Should you require a vat invoice,
please contact us via email on sales@MicksGarage.com.

What is the delivery policy?
As part of our commitment to you the customer, MicksGarage use recognised carriers such as Securicor or
DHL to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of all orders. MicksGarage will same-day ship all orders
if received before 4PM for delivery within 2 working days - in most cases delivery is the following day.
If we cannot ship the order within this timeframe due to out of stock items etc. we will contact you immediately.
Delivery will be to the indicated shipping address. Deliveries are made during business hours only and
specific delivery times cannot be ensured. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery
and is able to locate the building, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier
and arrange an agreed delivery time or alternative location.
MicksGarage reserves the right to ship the order in multiple shipments and with any shipping / dispatch
service deemed appropriate to the order. This will not affect the delivery timeframe.
Please note that Bonnets, Wings and Bumpers are very fragile due to their large thin profile and therefore
are prone to transit damage. We therefore use specialist couriers to ship these parts however we only ship
these parts to limited commercial locations (most urban commercial / garage locations are ok). If you wish
to be assured of delivery please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm it.

Can I cancel an order?

wish to cancel the order. Please note that we same-day ship orders received before 4PM.

What if the ordered items are out of Stock?
MicksGarage strives to ensure that we have every listed accessory and part in stock.
However should we have an item or part that is currently out of stock we will inform
you before the order is processed, to communicate the expected order fulfilment
date to allow for order cancellation, if required.

Do I get a guarantee with the product?
A limited one year warranty is provide by MicksGarage and is applied to all our
automotive lamps and parts, and warrant these lamps and parts to be free from
defects in workmanship and material. Liability will under no circumstances exceed
the amount of its original sale or the replacement of the defective merchandise.
MicksGarage warranty does not cover merchandise failure due to abuse, misuse,
improper installation, improper maintenance, improper and unauthorised repairs,
alteration or modification.
Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any freight charges, the cost of parts
removal, consequential or subsequent damages, or normal ware and tear.
A returns number must be obtained for any faulty items being returned. Any items
returned carriage unpaid will be refused.

What is the privacy and security policy?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All details provided are secured
using the latest 128bit encryption technology.

How do Micksgarage prevent fraud?
To ensure that credit card details are correct, MicksGarage will crosscheck your credit/debit card details with the
bank to ensure that the billing address matches the credit/debit number. This provides greater
protection against fraud for all concerned.
MicksGarage does not see your credit card details, these details are transmitted to Bank of Ireland
via the Realex payment gateway.
The details are encrypted using the very latest 128 bit encryption technology.

What replacement parts does Micksgarage sell?
MicksGarage retails car lamps, panels, bumpers, grilles, door mirrors,
mirror glass, wishbones, radiators, spark plugs, wiper blades, window
regulators, wishbones, lambda sensors and much more.

How do I select the correct part for my car?
To select the correct part for your car simply click on the car parts
menu on the left of this page, pick the menu option required (For example: Door Mirrors)
and choose the exact part by selecting the MAKE - MODEL - YEAR of your car.
All parts are listed with the Make, Model and Year of the car and in most cases an Identification
Tip is provided to ensure the correct part is chosen.

Are Micksgarage parts new or secondhand?
Most of our parts are spurious or aftermarket parts which are of matching quality to Original Parts.
We offer Original Equipment in our Car Lamp range - these parts will be labelled as Original Equipment
or OE where applicable. MicksGarage also carries original parts, depending on your car, in spark plugs,
lambda sensors, Car Lamps, wiper blades, timing belts etc (for example if your car takes NGK Spark Plugs
or Valeo blades we have the exact the same NGK Plugs or Valeo Blades for your car).
Please note we do not sell Genuine parts (i.e main dealer parts) and that all references to Car marques
& cars are solely for identification purposes only.

Are Micksgarage parts spurious or original equipment parts?
Most of our parts are spurious parts. As well as the spurious, we also offer the
original equipment part in our Car Lamp range. Spurious parts are of matching
quality to the original parts. MicksGarage also have original parts, depending
on your car, in spark plugs, lambda sensors, Car Lamps and wiper blades.

Does Micksgarage sell colour coded parts?
Replacement colour coded parts will need to be painted to match the car colour code.
Some of our parts parts are already primed for painting and some bumpers / grilles
which may be pre-painted. In both cases if the part is primed or painted this is
clearly marked on the part description.

Does Micksgarage fit or/and paint parts?
MicksGarage is an Internet Mail Order business only and do not paint or fit parts. In the
near future MicksGarage will list a local shop / service in your area that will both paint
and fit parts.

Is the door mirror the complete unit?
Unless otherwise specified on the part description the mirror is the full unit in that it
contains the Housing (Cover), Door Attachment and the Mirror Glass. In some cases where
the Mirror Unit does not contain the glass, this is clearly labelled "Without Glass" in
the part description (However this is only in a few limited models where the glass type can vary)
We don't carry the Mirror cover unless otherwise specified.

What if an item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged then do not sign for the order, you must ensure that the
item has arrived in good condition when signing for the order, any damage claims will
not be entertained in any case after 3 working days.

What is the returns policy?
We at MicksGarage view customer satisfaction as our number one priority. Therefore if the
goods you have received are faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within
7 days of receiving the goods and we will issue a refund for the item provided that the
items are in a fully resalable condition. This means that they must be returned in their
unmarked original packaging and must be fully resaleable.
In any case where we have dispatched an incorrect item or you have ordered an incorrect
item MicksGarage will, where applicable, dispatch a replacement item. In this instance
you will be billed for the Item and a refund will be issued for the incorrect item once
it is returned to us as described above. In this case MicksGarage will provide a full order
refund (including the outgoing delivery charge). We will not refund the cost of returning
the product to us. In exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of MicksGarage we may
refund the incoming delivery charge. In this case the maximum amount refundable will be
the cost of the outgoing delivery charge paid.
Any incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a 15% restocking charge or a minimum of 10 Euros.
Please note that we will not accept any returns back after 7 days, we will also not accept
back any opened blister packs.
Before returning anything to us you must get a returns authorisation number from us, please
email support@micksgarage.ie for an authorisation number, please note that anything returned
without this number will not be refunded.
Please note the following items will not be
accepted for return:
- Opened blister packs
- Opened bulbs
- Any correctly supplied electronic engine components including sensors, airflow meters, ignition coils
The items listed above cannot be returned for the following reason: Any misdiagnosis with
your car can cause a new sensor or electronic component to blow in seconds, however, we
will make sure that the correct part is supplied for your vehicle. This will also
ensure that you will not get sent a previously returned part, you will only get a
brand new working part.
